IT TAKES 21 DAYS TO BUILD A HABIT *
Unlimited yoga for 21 days. Explore classes, meet our teachers, and discover what makes INDRA feel like home.
What’s our vibe?
This is yoga for people who breathe.
We are not just a class schedule. We are not just people performing poses in a fancy room. We are a community of folks that want to feel better, from whatever starting point that may be. We keep our space clean, our classes intentional and our vibes high- all while practicing with our world-class teachers.
No contracts. No pressure.
Just space to move, breathe, and see what happens when you show up for yourself. 21 days of unlimited yoga may be the happiest habit you’ve ever adopted.

Yoga is often misunderstood as a workout, for stretching, or for weight loss. That can be part of it- however yoga is a lot more than that! Yoga is a mind/body/breath experience intended to regulate the nervous system and bring a greater sense of connection and wholeness.

First- take a deep breath! Next, come in with an open mind. We recommend beginning with our Indra Light class. This class moves at a down-tempo pace, a not-so-serious-vibe and with lots of details. Basic postures and foundational sequences will be broken down in a way that is super accessible for beginners.

Fresh and clean, and in comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring some water, and maybe have a light snack before you get here. Bring your own mat or we have rentals for $3.

A warm welcome, a clean space and a supportive community culture. We respect our practice, but are not wildly woowoo. We display no deities, but may use Sanskrit in class. We like to pump the music up sometimes, too! Our practice space is a no phone zone- also no mirrors, no judgements, and no drama!
Meet The Owner
Hi! Yoga Giggles here.
CEOm, Sassy pants, Vinyasa wigglebutt.
You may know me, I’ve been around SW Florida teaching yoga for quite some time. I think I’m most well known for my playful teaching style, modern play on old school yogic values, and dynamic Vinyasa sequencing.
I’ve also built my reputation in the area as an innovator. I’ve created new workshop styles, events, even tiny subculture communities. I’ve lead pop up classes in art centers, breweries, parking lots, libraries, arenas, nature centers… you name it and I’ve probably gotten yoga all over it. In 2020… well we all know what happened then. I took that time at home to not only become credentialed in my own yoga teacher training program, but to begin building a platform that was bigger than just me.
That year I also began teaching yoga privately to local abstract artist and designer, the amazing Maria Collier. She started out as my favorite client, quickly became a good friend, and ended up becoming my business partner! Bit by bit, Indra became a REAL THING. We opened our doors on 1/22/22. Pretty cool, right?
Now? We have a world-class team and a KICK-ASS collection of humans that call Indra home. We’d love it if you did too!
