This is an advanced and energizing sequence designed to challenge and inspire. We’ll move together with room for modifications and questions so you can deepen your understanding. Consider this a fun & sweaty classroom laboratory to learn and expand your practice!

Join us Sunday, April 19 at 4PM for Flohemian Rhapsody✨ led by Indra Yoga Teacher Trainees, this psychedelic rock-inspired courtyard fundraiser flow will honor all the great teachers, students, rock gods & gurus who came before us ♾️🤘🎸
This class is FREE in the booking system, but registration is required! Please bring a $20 suggested CASH only donation! All proceeds from this class will benefit Valerie’s House 🤍 a local nonprofit providing grief support for children and families navigating loss.
Please join us to celebrate and introduce the 2026 Indra Yoga Teacher Trainees to the community! This will be an all-levels flow in the Indra Courtyard. This class is all levels, family friendly and open to all, we encourage you to come practice with us for a great cause!
